Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The 1975 Official Store; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that limited edition merchandise and music products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
